For housing, ask about lease length, move-in timing, utilities, pet policies, tours and application requirements. For other rentals, clarify dates, rate unit, pickup or delivery, included items and return terms.

Check each real listing’s contact information. Demo listings cannot receive inquiries or payments.

Review the listing and ask the lister to clarify anything that is missing. Use the contact details attached to a real listing. RentMingo’s future verification, reporting and payment tools will be reviewed before they are introduced.

The current design does not claim that a lister is verified or that a rental has been reviewed.

Account screens, the listing wizard, messages, booking states and payout layouts show the planned experience. They do not create records, send messages, connect bank information or accept money.
